ADHD and Weight Concerns
What is up with all of the Attention Deficit studies coming out lately? The July 2008 issue of Pediatrics has a study examining children with an ADHD diagnosis to determine if they were at an increased risk of being overweight. If they were on medication to treat ADHD, they were about 1.6 times more likely to be underweight.
