Charity begins at home – so does underage drinking?!

A survey of 158,000 youth aged 12 to 20 found that 40% of underaged drinkers were provided with alcohol by an adult. Legislators in Long Island are using these data to support “social host” laws that would penalize parents whose kids drink at home.
